Increases in databasesupport from Step2

We have now increased the amount of databases for webhosting accounts as follows:

MySQL / PGSQL
Step2: 15 st (previously 5 st)
Step3: 30 st (previously 10 st)
Step4: 75 st (previously 15 st)

The size is 100MB / database.

SQL Express:
Increased size to 100MB (previously 30MB)

MSSQL:
Price lowered to 95:- / month (previously 125:- / month)
Quota increased to 300MB / database (previously 100MB)
